eBev Pty Ltd ACN 169 880 960 entered Voluntary Administration effective 5:00pm (AEST) on Thursday, 9 July 2026.
On 9th July 2026, Glenn Livingstone and Benjamin Ho of WLP Restructuring were appointed Joint and Several Voluntary Administrators of the Company pursuant to section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
The Company continues to trade under the control of the Voluntary Administrators while a restructuring process is undertaken. We are working closely with the Administrators to minimise disruption to our customers, suppliers and partners and remain confident in the long-term future of the business.
What this means for our customers
Our priority is to maintain continuity wherever possible. At this stage:
eBev Software Services continue to operate as normal, with no changes to platform access or functionality.
eBev Trade will be temporarily paused for approximately 1–2 weeks while the Voluntary Administrators assess the business and determine the appropriate path forward.
Customers requiring spirits during this period can continue to purchase directly through Cellar d'Or or Idle Hands.
Formal communications from the Voluntary Administrators will be issued separately.
