Ordering Portal for your Customers

Set up your Customer and Ordering
There are two ways to utilise eBev for your customer. Set up a Quick Order Sheet first and invite your customer to eBev, or simply turn the order in yourself.
1 - Quick Order Sheet
To set up your customers Quick Order Sheet login and go to your Customers tab, scroll down and select Accounts.
2 - Venue Details
Type your customer in the search bar and select Venue Details.
3 - Manage Quick Order Sheet
Navigate to Manage Quick Order Sheet and select.
4 - Add Products
Create a Quick Order Sheet for your customer by adding any products you would like the venue to order. Click Add all to list, this will create a list in your selected venue’s navigation bar.
Inviting your Customer to Self Order on eBev
1 - Invite your Customer
In your customers account select “Invite New User”.
2 - Add Customer Details
Populate your customer’s email address, please ensure this is correct otherwise the email will bounce.
3 - Venue Contacts
They will be added to your venue contacts, you will see when they have accepted the invite. To activate their account your customer will simply follow the prompts from an activation email and choose their password.
Placing Customer Orders
1 - New Order
Under the Orders tab scroll down and select “New Venue Order”.
2 - Search Customer
Select the State your customer is in and populate their name. Once you have found the right venue click on it and hit “Select Venue”.
3 - Select Products
Search and select the product you wish to order, select the quantities and add in any discounts.
4 - Place your Order
Once you have added to cart and checked all the quantities and discounts you may click on “Place Order”.
