Customer Guide to using eBev
as an Ordering Portal

master using eBev to order your OFWM products.

Your guide on accessing your
Quick Order Sheet and Navigating eBev

1 - Activate your Account!

Check your email for your Sales Manager invite which comes from eBev. Accept the invitation by clicking on Get Started Now, choose your password and you’re good to go!

2 - Quick Order Sheet

Once you have logged in your will see your dashboard with a navigation bar. Click on the Lists tab and scroll down to Quick Order Sheet.

3 - Select your Products

Your OFWM Sales Manager has set up your Quick Order List. All you need to do is select your quantity and Add to Cart. Once you’ve selected all the items you wish to order click on Review Order/Checkout.

4 - Place Your Order

Review your Cart volumes, click Place Order when you are ready to go. Your order will shoot straight through to OFWM’s Customer Service which will continue to deliver and invoice your orders as per normal.

5 - Orders

Your Order details will be recorded under your Orders tab, select Orders, scroll to find which order you would like and click on View.

6 - Order Details

Click through to see all items which have been ordered so that you and your staff can keep track!

How to Order More Products from Oatley Fine Wine Merchants

1 - Search Portfolio

To find more products from OFWM’s portfolio, simply click on their logo under Your preferred eBev suppliers on your dashboard or type a product name into the search bar.

2 - Place Order

Simply find the products and Add to Cart > Place Order and your products will be saved on your Recently Ordered List making it easy to re-order.
